We introduce one change each week for the 4 weeks that can fit into any lifestyle regardless of preferences, beliefs, intolerances or any other likes or dislikes. Everything you’ll learn in this program can be done for the rest of your life!

You'll have access to lots of healthy recipes, all the reasons why the changes you're making will help to improve your health, cooking demonstrations, bonus weekly lifestyle tips and access to a private Facebook group. You can also have all your questions answered directly by a Nutritionist and Naturopath, both in the course and the Facebook group.

These 4 weeks are about learning HOW to eat so you’ll never have to start another diet again. You can eat the same meals as your family, you don’t need to swear off foods and food groups for the rest of your life, you just need to start nourishing your body properly and you’ll find that some of those ‘not so great’ habits will start to become much less frequent or even just fall away completely.

Sure you might lose weight or feel a bit better by counting calories, following a meal plan or drinking meal replacement shakes, but what happens when you aren’t doing that anymore? You end up going back to your old habits because you haven’t implemented long term changes that can become part of your life.

Eating based on restriction and always ‘trying to be good’ and feeling guilty when you aren’t, is a recipe for disaster in my opinion.

Introducing lots of healthy habits and focusing on all the delicious things you can have is the way to feeling healthy and happy. Learning how to do this well is a skill you’ll have for life.

Hi I'm Belinda and I'm qualified in Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy.

My belief is that to improve your health, you need to make changes that can be integrated into your lifestyle, eat food that you enjoy and have a healthy relationship with food that isn't based on restriction.

I spent so many years on the same journey that so many others are on. Always trying to be 'good', trying all the latest diets and meal plans, each time sure that I'd finally found the one thing that was going to change everything, and when it didn't stick, I'd start again tomorrow or next week and then binge while I still had the chance.

Then I learnt how to enjoy all the foods that make me feel healthy and happy inside and out.

I don't believe that there's any one way to eat, every single person is different. Everyone has different requirements, beliefs, likes and dislikes and all of those things can be part of a healthy diet. There is so much information and misinformation out there about what we should and shouldn't be eating and it makes it much more confusing than it needs to be.

Eating plenty of fresh, whole, delicious foods is the way to feeling healthy and full of energy, and I believe that maintaining a healthy weight is a side effect of good health, it doesn't need to be the focus.

Getting control of your health is possible. My passion is teaching people how to do that, then dieting can be a thing of the past.

When does the course start and finish?

You'll receive an email each week as a reminder and you'll be able to login to your member area to view the information for the week. This program runs for 4 weeks but there is no finish date. You'll be able to access the member area and view all of the information as you please. You will have lifetime access to this program and any updates for as long as it runs.
